About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to expand our Building Management Systems (BMS) footprint in Saudi Arabia. This is your opportunity to play a key role in connecting cutting-edge technical solutions with real customer needs, influencing strategic growth, and driving success in a fast-evolving market.
You’ll act as the crucial link between our innovative technologies and the clients who rely on them, building trust, developing long-term relationships, and helping shape smarter, more sustainable buildings.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across your designated territory
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process
- Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and revenue goals
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions through a consultative approach
- Represent Carrier with professionalism, integrity, and a passion for solving problems
Requirements
We are looking for people who are as a minimum you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related technical discipline)
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on BMS sales experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales presentation skills
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with a solutions-oriented approach
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
