🎯 We’re Hiring: Planning & Cost Control Engineer

Dan Company is seeking a highly skilled Planning & Cost Control Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of strategic projects across key sectors. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in planning, scheduling, cost control and performance monitoring, who are eager to contribute to impactful and well-structured project execution.

You will play a key role in developing and managing detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with delivery milestones, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to maintain control over time, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and other planning tools
• Apply Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to track performance and support decision-making
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to align on timelines and delivery targets
• Consolidate individual project plans into an integrated master schedule
• Cost Control: Budget monitoring, cost estimation, financial forecasting
• Change Management: Change order processing, impact analysis
• Identify risks and propose mitigation plans to maintain schedule integrity
• Monitor progress and provide regular reports, dashboards, and executive updates
• Support change management activities and time impact assessments
• Ensure proper documentation and structured data archiving

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 7 years of relevant experience in project planning and controls
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI
• Experience in reporting tools, cost control interfaces, and forecasting methods
• Bilingual proficiency (English is required; Arabic is a plus)
