Day to day:
Insight Global is seeking a CRM Project Manager for a local client going through a global implementation. As a CRM Project Manager for our Salesforce CRM program, your primary responsibility will be to support and manage various project management activities, ensuring the successful execution of CRM initiatives. This role is crucial for maintaining project alignment, managing risks, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. You will play a key role in coordinating with stakeholders, managing project plans, and ensuring timely completion of action items. The CRM Project Manager, will support the preparation and facilitation of SteerCo sessions, including agenda setting, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders.
You will execute financial actions by updating financial actuals, providing forecasts, and ensuring financial accuracy. Leading weekly Go-No Go sessions, you will prepare reports and manage action items to ensure project milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
Additionally, you will collaborate with Systems Integrators to develop and track cutover plans, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions. You will act as the central communication hub for project-related communication within the program, ensuring alignment across different teams. Collaborating closely with the Program Management team, you will effectively communicate progress through comprehensive dashboards and detailed reports. You will participate in weekly status meetings, sync-up calls, and tactical sessions to ensure alignment and address support requests. Working with business units and functional teams, you will manage integration planning and execution to ensure program objectives are fully met. You will align project strategies with organizational goals, ensuring each stakeholder understands the dependencies and critical milestones. Monitoring success metrics and critical performance indicators related to project progress and risk management, you will provide detailed reports to ensure visibility into project progress, challenges, and risks.
