PURPOSE

Join our team as an Associate Project Manager where you'll lead diverse project initiatives catering to our customer's needs. You'll spearhead the development of innovative products and play a pivotal role in fueling the growth of our Business Unit. This dynamic role offers a fast-paced environment collaborating with a global team. Key Responsibilities

This role offers a range of responsibilities and possibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead projects of varying scope and complexity from inception to closure, managing change, mitigating risks, and delivering results to stakeholders. Success relies on meticulous attention to detail, effective time management, and adept people skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with diverse project teams, whether local or remote, ensuring effective coordination and tracking of project activities against planned schedules. Regular communication with team members, management, and stakeholders guarantees continuous alignment and understanding of project progress and associated costs.
  • Internal Customer Liaison: Proactively engage with the product management team to ensure project goals and objectives align with customer satisfaction, fostering a collaborative approach to meeting expectations.
  • Project Management Administration: Proficiently document project processes, plans, and reports. This includes developing communication strategy plans, designing resource and project plans, creating status reports, tracking change requests, managing risks and issues, presenting variance reports to Steering Committees, and documenting lessons learned. Accuracy and clarity in documentation are paramount.
  • Business Unit Roadmap Oversight: Take a pivotal role in overseeing and contributing to the achievement of the Business Unit's product development roadmap. This involves closely monitoring the product roadmap's evolution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and facilitating successful outcomes.


Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

  • You have a proven history of effectively steering multifaceted projects and programs, spanning various scales, intricacies, budgets, and outcomes.
  • You're proficient in articulating ideas to high-level stakeholders and exhibiting robust communication skills.
  • Valuable background in IT solutions or airline industry operations is highly preferred, enriching our team's capabilities.


Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficient in project management methodologies and the project life cycle.
  • Demonstrates keen attention to detail, adept writing, compelling oration, and strong follow-up skills.
  • Skilled in managing diverse stakeholders within project environments, exhibiting excellent communication abilities.
  • Given our global operations, fluency in English is essential for successful cross-cultural and international business dealings.

Education & Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Formal project management training and certification - PMP certified not mandatory but recommended
