PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY a. Find out new opportunities to establish training centres b. Centre Set – up, Centre Approval from the concern authority, Inspections management of government officials at centre c. Monitoring the Training Centres through VC and Physical Visits on random basis and report to the higher authority about the observations d. Team Management, team reporting, completion of assigned tasks within the time frame to complete project successfully. e. To provide all the required documents and reports related to the assigned project to the higher management f. Planning and developing the project idea. g. Meetings with government officials at local level and State level. h. Developing and leading the team to complete project successfully. i. Identify and resolve issues that arise and assurance to follow all the guidelines related to the project EDUCATION a. Minimum Education :- Graduate in any discipline EXPERIENCE a.
