5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.

Role Description

Oversees the planning, execution, and closure of IT infrastructure projects while ensuring adherence to pre-defined service levels. They focus on managing projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards, with a particular emphasis on ensuring SLAs are met and maintained

Must-have skills

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Developing project plans, including scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Defining tasks, timelines, and resources.
  • Managing project budgets and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.

SLA Management:

  • Defining and documenting SLAs for infrastructure services.
  • Monitoring service performance against SLAs and identifying deviations.
  • Developing and implementing corrective actions to address SLA breaches.
  • Reporting on SLA performance to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure clarity.
  • Facilitating project meetings and documenting progress.
  • Maintaining communication with stakeholders and providing status updates.

Vendor Management:

  • Managing vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Ensuring vendors adhere to SLAs and project requirements.

Technical Expertise:

  • Understanding of IT infrastructure components, such as networks, servers, and storage.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
