Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 3 to 5 years (Only Oil & Gas sector experience will be considered)
Salary: Up to ₹80,000 per month
Role and Responsibilities of the Resident Construction Manager (RCM)
The Resident Construction Manager (RCM) plays a critical role in ensuring a construction project is executed according to the approved plans, standards, timelines, and budget. The RCM serves as the on-site representative of the project owner or engineering firm and is responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities.
Role of the RCM:
The RCM acts as the on-site representative of the project owner or consultant, overseeing construction activities to ensure they are in accordance with the design specifications, standards, schedule, and budget.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities and ensure quality control
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
Review and certify work done for billing purposes
Conduct inspections, safety audits, and toolbox meetings
Maintain project documentation and daily reports
Facilitate handover and commissioning activities
