Responsibilities Include

• Direct and control (Schedule, cost, resources) of assigned project, lead the Project ---Engineering /Design team;
• Ensure the project engineering / design activities comply with Company Procedures, project specifications, standards and any project specific addenda;
• Prepare, review and update Project Execute Plan and relevant Project document. Ensure all the project engineering /design activities comply with PEP;
• Review regularly the performance of Project team, prepare and approve external or internal project report prior to release;
• Keep good Coordination and Communication, good relation with Client, contractors and relevant parties.
• Ensure good quality of project deliverables.
• Ensure Project members are aware of their obligations under the Health and Safety Act;
• Ensure that the Project Engineering / Design work close out properly.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• University Degree of Chemical Engineering, 10+ years work experience in managing multi discipline design teams in a design and engineering consulting
  
  

or project management experience, previous site/field experience a best.

• Strong experience and technical background for Process / piping design, familiar with design procedure and cooperation between each disciplines.
• Familiar with engineering deliverable at different stage of project, and depth requirement.
• Experience of using engineering and project management software for the help of engineering work and management work.
• Familiar with local and international Code and standard, regulation, and its implementation.
• Familiar with government permission of the project.
• Experience of leading project team execution a design work of project.
• Good responsibility, good teamwork spirit, remain active and positive.
• Good written and spoken English, inter-communication skill with deferent parties, deferent culture.
  
  

Desirable Competencies

• Experience with international projects, or offshore Client is preferred.
• International Engineering Company working experience.
• Whole stage Project manager experience. Familiar with procurement, construction management, as well as engineering.
