Work with the architects and the business to deliver cost estimates (according to the group business and technology estimation process) for submissions for funding approval.
Direct the identification, monitoring, reporting and escalation of risks and issues and/or problems associated with services and/or delivery in the project. This includes challenging and influencing stakeholders as required to enable the achievement of project deliverables and benefits. Raise risks at WIB and/or WBC group level when required.
Engage, inform, influence and negotiate with stakeholders, particularly the service delivery teams who will be responsible for the technology services after project completion, and key business stakeholders to ensure stakeholders remain engaged and committed throughout the project.
