• Lead a high-impact transformation across technology, data, change, and business process streams.
• Drive local delivery while aligning with a global transformation strategy led from Europe.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across regions, timezones, and functions—including internal teams, third parties, and senior leadership.
• Oversee migration planning, customer experience shifts, and change management initiatives.
• Build and empower a high-performing program team in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
