WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR The Program Manager Rail Fleet Services reports directly to the Director, Rail Operations. This position is responsible for conducting management oversight of the Capital Metro contractors responsible for operating and maintaining the Authority's revenue and non-revenue rail vehicles and rail vehicle maintenance facilities and the contractors / organizations responsible for operating freight and excursion trains on the Capital Metro Railroad. This position works under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for use of initiative and independent judgment.
