Summary
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Program engagement, aligning it with the Customer’s overall business objectives
Owns development of the business case for investment in process and technological enhancements
Sets clear explanations for the integration and alignment of technology and business functions, focusing on the strategic value provided
Develop & Refine Target Operating Model(TOM) aligning with Customer’s Business Objectives and Roadmap
Identify and engage with influencers in a boundary less manner
Consistently fosters collaboration by addressing BICoE Engagement roadblocks
Can prioritize and work with a wide range of teams and readily shares lessons learned and credit for team accomplishments
Directs and coordinates the development and implementation of process-based solutions across project lines
Effectively manage communication with various stakeholders, including team leads, project managers (TPMs), and customer representatives.
Lead XBR meeting by providing clear updates, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative decision-making environment.
Identity and drive innovation using automation and process improvements with nontrivial outcomes
Accountable for agreed SLA’s. Metrics and KPI’s at BICoE engagement level
Innovation & Process Improvement:
Identify Innovation/Automation/Process Improvements and drive teams towards implementation
Present Value Adds/Process Improvements implemented/Key Deliveries made to Customer’s Business/VMO/CB
Continuously seek ways to improve support processes and efficiency.
Works with TCS CoEs for process improvements and automations that drive operational excellence.
Technical Skills
PLX/Looker
Google Workspace
Experience with any visualization platforms
Experience with hands-on on GCP
Data Analysis: Ability to collect and analyze data necessary to answer business questions and debug problems.
Understanding of complexity and data sizing constraints.
Demonstrates aptitude with querying languages (e.g. SQL, Python) to effectively manipulate data.
Migration processes & visualization.
AI,ML, GenAI knowledge , nice to have.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide guidance and mentoring to the TPMs in performing their responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the BICOE engagement, aligning it with the Customer’s overall business objectives
Supports development of the business case for investment in process and technological enhancements
Sets clear explanations for the integration and alignment of technology and business functions, focusing on the strategic value provided
Develop & Refine Target Operating Model (TOM) aligning with Customer’s Business Objectives and Roadmap
Engages the “right people,” within and beyond engagement boundaries, by matching individual capabilities and skills to the team’s goals
Consistently fosters collaboration by addressing BICoE Engagement roadblocks
Works with a wide range of teams and readily shares lessons learned and credit for team accomplishments
Directs and coordinates the development and implementation of process-based solutions that cross project lines

Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 a year
