Job Description

We’re hiring a Program Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact product and program launches for our Online Store team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of online product launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
• Own the launch plan, track timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure seamless customer experience during major product/program rollouts.
• Analyze launch outcomes and drive continuous improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of program management experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong background in eCommerce, online platforms, or digital retail.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and align with business priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
