Our client, a leading player in the technology industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Online Readiness team supporting the launch of innovative products and programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - Some flexibility will be needed as required to work onsite on Monday & Friday)

What's the Job?

• Serve as the center point for Store Online, connecting all teams and workstreams to ensure the best customer experience at launch.
• Collaborate on and influence Online strategy at launch, owning and delivering content and features plans with clear deliverables and timelines.
• Drive detailed operational and systems plans of record and implementation, managing readiness across internal and external systems.
• Facilitate effective change management with new and evolving Company and Retail programs.
• Analyze and track new and emerging risks, developing comprehensive risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• 6+ years of program management experience, managing and delivering strategic initiatives.
• Experience working cross-functionally across multiple levels of a highly matrixed organization.
• English business proficiency.
• BS/BA degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
