1) Pastry Sous Chef – Bangalore Area
Relevant Experience: 10-12 years with 1 year of relevant experience
BHM or Relevant Certification
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee and execute smooth functioning of area wise pastry outlets
· Monitor quality and consistency of products as per standards
· Ensure that all pastry units are operating under provided budgets
· Ensure adequate staffing are stationed at each outlet
· Consistently work on product development, new menu trials, etc..
· Visit outlets periodically to ensure standards are up to par
· Set up of new outlets and handle pre opening tasks, i.e., pastry kitchen layout, tools, hiring, and training of staff
