Informatech are looking for an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join the team. This role is Canberra based and requires a minimum NV1 clearance.

• Oversee and provide direction on organisational design activities in collaboration with Project stakeholders.
• Oversee and provide direction on change impact assessments to assess cultural, business and technical change needs
• Proactively monitor business readiness and resolve OCM challenges with minimal impact to the Project schedule, scope and budget;
• Develop and disseminate communications material, guidance and process documentation through all approved media
• Oversee and provide direction and feedback on communications strategies and plans and facilitate internal clearances for communications activities
• Evaluate learning and transformation activities for effectiveness, and adapt transformation strategies accordingly with a focus on behavioural outcomes; ensure that the Project leadership is appropriately briefed for key decisions and aware of sentiment and people impacts that may affect the Project.
