Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Canberra for a Change Management Consultant at Ora Advisory. The consultant will be responsible for leading and implementing change management strategies, facilitating communication between stakeholders, analysing business transformation needs, and providing management consulting services.

• Business Transformation and Consulting experience
• Management Consulting expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in change management or related fields
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• PROSCI/ADKAR

AGSVA security clearance required.
