We have a current opportunity for Change Managers, on a contract basis within the Defence sector. These roles are based in Canberra or REMOTELY. The contract is for an initial 8 month period, with a 6 month extension option.

The Change Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to significant collaboration with employees and their union representatives and the creation, review and implementation of various change management documents and processes, including but not limited to a Change Proposal, Staff Transition Plan, Communication Plan, Change Management Plan, implementation progress and reviews and phase and project closure reports.
