Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle CC&B as a Functional Consultant.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of utility industry processes (billing, customer service, metering, payments, collections).
• Technical Skills: Ability to work with C2M, MDM, SOA, and web services for integrations.
• Project Experience: Full lifecycle implementation experience, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to engage stakeholders, document business requirements, and provide functional solutions.
• Certifications: Oracle CC&B certifications are a plus.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and utility market best practices.
• Exposure to cloud-based CC&B solutions.
