Summary

As an Oracle OAF Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of customizations and enhancements for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications. You will work collaboratively with business users to understand their requirements, analyze technical challenges, and deliver quality solutions using OAF and ADF. Your expertise will be crucial in automating business processes through custom workflows and ensuring the optimal functionality of our Oracle applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom OAF solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring high performance and usability.
  • Implement OAF customizations, extensions, and personalizations to enhance user interfaces and support business processes.
  • Develop and customize Oracle EBS solutions utilizing OAF and ADF frameworks.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder to automate business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into effective OAF designs through structured analysis and communication.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues associated with Oracle EBS applications, providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with business users to gain a comprehensive understanding of requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our development processes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-12 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, OAF, and Workflows.
  • In-depth knowledge of OAF development, including controllers, views, and APIs.
  • Strong expertise in designing, configuring, and deploying workflows in Oracle Workflow Builder.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite modules, particularly Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
