We are seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HRMS, with expertise in both technical and functional aspects. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions using Oracle HRMS.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical:
1. Design, configure, and implement Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence and Performance Management.
2. Develop and maintain data interfaces with other systems, such as payroll or benefits providers.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HRMS.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle HRMS with other systems.
Functional:
1. Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions using Oracle HRMS.
2. Configure and implement Oracle HRMS workflows, including approval processes and notifications.
3. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Oracle HRMS functionality.
4. Collaborate with other teams to design and implement HR processes and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Minimum 8-12 years of experience with Oracle HRMS, including configuration, implementation, and support.
3. In-depth knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence and Performance Management.
4. Arabic Speaking is must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
