Summary

About the Position: We are looking for a highly organized and strategic professional to join as an Operations Manager at a company that buys and sells over 10,000 products per month. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations, ensuring process efficiency, meeting deadlines, and optimizing resources. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, experience in process management, and an analytical mindset for continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:


Operations Management:

  • Supervise and manage the team, including recruitment, time tracking, defining responsibilities, administering salaries, and structuring bonuses.
  • Oversee the entire order cycle, from creation to shipment to the customer.
  • Ensure the warehouse is adequately stocked to avoid operational impacts.
  • Plan and organize the logistics for receiving and shipping products.
  • Manage customer support, including returns, exchanges, and repairs.
  • Update and monitor price lists and inventory weekly to optimize sales.
  • Control financial accounts, ensuring proper payment processing and bank transfers for suppliers and employees.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and renewal of the company’s annual licenses.
  • Ensure compliance with office administrative guidelines and make timely rent payments.
  • Implement and maintain security measures for stock, safes, and the team.
  • Supervise the maintenance and regulatory documentation of the company’s vehicle fleet.

Inventory Management:

  • Perform physical counts of devices at the office.
  • Monitor the stock accounting in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Maintain a strategic product portfolio tailored to client needs and specific groups.
  • Manage return processes, refunds, and credits in partnership with the finance team.
  • Negotiate with clients to understand their needs and product demands.

Auction Management:

  • Monitor and distribute weekly auction lists relevant to the company.
  • Identify and select strategic lots for acquisition, aligning purchases with customer demand.
  • Conduct real-time lot acquisitions, ensuring the best opportunities for the company.
  • Organize payments and collections related to auctions.
  • Coordinate the logistics of receiving auctioned lots, including transportation and storage.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously with efficiency.
  • Knowledge of financial control and payment management.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Differential:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
