We are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Controller to join our company.

Responsibilities

· Planning - Supply and Demand Planning for all company products.

· Build Maintain and track production plans, balance business opportunities and risks.

· Build and manage ERP planning tools.

· Create and manage internal demand in ERP system.

· Coordinate material movements between production sites.

· Implement new products in our ERP.

· Product Lifecycle Management (Agile) – Management of Finished goods items.

· Collect team demands and work with the information systems team to create new tools and improve existing ones.

Requirements

o At Least two years of experience in Planning\ Operations roles in the semiconductor industry.

o Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize tasks.

o In-depth knowledge of of supply chain processes, NPI and material planning systems.

o Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, tools driven by artificial intelligence, and platforms for analyzing supply chain data.

o Excellent written and verbal English skills.

· Education

o B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent experience
