Summary

The Aviation Division is looking for an Operations Manager.


What you'll be doing:

  • Manage control activities for the international B777 aircraft conversion site.
  • Use the GCC system to track logistics, monitor irregularities, and oversee progress in the site's conversion schedule.
  • Gain expertise and in-depth understanding of the aircraft conversion project.
  • Take on a significant and challenging role with a high level of responsibility for the success of the conversion and adherence to turnaround times.
  • Serve as a central point of contact with the site manager.
  • Maintain ongoing operational oversight.


What We're Looking For:

  • Academic degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering and Management – required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the aviation industry leading projects and managing processes – required.
  • Management experience in aircraft/fleet maintenance – required.
  • Experience in aircraft conversions – advantage.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
  • High level of English.
  • Potential opportunity for future relocation.

Our converted cargo aircraft have accumulated over 2.5 million flight hours. Additionally, we perform upgrades on military aircraft, including avionics and structural enhancements to extend service life and improve mission capabilities, as well as upgrades for military transport aircraft, advanced avionics network solutions, and special mission conversions such as VIP transport and aerial refueling.
