Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an Operations Team Lead to take full ownership of our production site in Sofia, Bulgaria, ensuring seamless operations from end to end. This role involves managing hands-on supply chain and planning processes, maintaining material availability, and optimizing inventory levels while directly overseeing the local Production Manager.

In this role you will also be responsible for achieving production and delivery goals, driving continuous improvement, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

What You Will Do

• Manage all operations aspects of the production site to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead the team to meet the required standards and performance by setting clear work processes and routines.
• Execute and analyse Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and issue purchase requisitions (hands-on task)
• Optimize inventory levels, reduce excess, and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• Communicate and collaborate with HQ and offshore teams across Sales, PM, R&D, and Finance.
  
  

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field is - must.
• Managerial experience in planning and managing supply chain processes for producing multidisciplinary products – must
• Proven experience within global companies – advantage
• Strong knowledge of MRP, inventory control, and supply chain optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP ERP – advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
