What You’ll Own

Be the Operator Behind the World’s Best Events Catalog

• Take full ownership of SeatPick’s global live events catalog.
• Ensure 100% coverage of critical events across football, music, and festivals.
• Structure and maintain clean metadata across performers, locations, and categories.
• Monitor sellouts, new tours, finals, and trending content — and prioritize them fast.

Run Cross-Company Ops

• Set up scalable processes for daily catalog updates across markets: UK, US, Spain, Germany, etc.
• Spot gaps in coverage before competitors do.
• Use dashboards, scripts, and tools to streamline operations and surface key insights.

Lead Projects Across Content, Product, and Market Expansion

• Coordinate across teams to align on priority events and inventory coverage.
• Manage operational roadmaps and short sprints to scale catalog impact.

Think AI-First

• Use tools like ChatGPT, Base44, and Lovable to automate repetitive tasks and unlock scale.
• Constantly look for workflow improvements to help us move faster with fewer resources.

• Experience in operations, project management, or content/catalog management
• Track record of running tools/scripts or coordinating automated workflows
• Hyper-organized, goal-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Global mindset — you understand cultural differences in what’s hot where
• A strong eye for detail, especially with data and structure
• Curious about AI and excited to experiment with smart tooling
