Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Manage and produce Business Requirements Documents according to Jefferies standards.
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure functional specifications align with business requirements.
  • Document current and proposed operational processes, applications, and workflows.
  • Perform systems analysis and assist developers in translating requirements into technical solutions.
  • Coordinate testing across various areas, products, and regions.
  • Manage project issue and risk reporting, ensuring all issues are escalated appropriately.
  • Conduct independent research into requirements for new business initiatives.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with Operations, the Business, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to program manage and take the lead role.

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • A deep understanding and experience with NRI (I-STAR CORE) products is essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager within Operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of trade life cycles across Equities, F&O, and Securities Lending businesses.
  • The ability to gather and compile business requirements is crucial.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading project roles.
