Job Description
・Design and manage quality assurance process

・Manage and lead QA team

・Manage QA group and team

・Execute and supervise tests

・Analyze and report on quality data

・Improve test process, standardize, and promote automation

・Review and feedback test specifications/test cases

・Analyze QA data and create reports

・Collaborate with stakeholders

・Manage risk from a quality assurance perspective

・Keep up with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in the QA field

Requirements:
・More than 8 years of practical experience in software testing and quality assurance

・Experience using test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, etc.)

・Experience designing and managing quality assurance process

・Experience creating and reviewing test plans and test cases

・Experience as a team leader or project manager

・Experience using defect management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)

・Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

・Experience in front-end, back-end, and mobile QA for applications

Preferred requirements:

・Experience in API/UI test automation development and non-functional testing

・Experience in communicating smoothly with team members in English

・Knowledge and experience in the Internet service industry

・Knowledge and experience in EC services

・Knowledge of ISTQB Foundation Level

・QA experience in agile development and DevOps environments
