Responsibilities:

• Daily operations including trade, cash, and position reconciliation
• Liaise with counterparties including PB, custodian, and trustee
• Maintain trade record and manage trade flow including trade matching, post-trade settlement
• Maintain client’s statement and prepare performance calculation
• Assist clients with fund subscription
• Prepare cash and security transfer with the bank
• Perform KYC check

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in financial institution/fund accounting
• Familiar with AML/KYC
• Good prioritization, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Attention to details, process-oriented
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
