Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our team as the Strategy & Operations Associate. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving strategic direction and operational excellence across various initiatives within our venture studio. You will work closely with our go-to-market team (based in the US) and engineering teams (based in Asia) to ensure the alignment of our strategies with product development and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and refine business strategies for new ventures and projects.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product strategies.

Product:

• Support MVP prototyping for new ventures (for candidates with AI product development knowhow)
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product development aligns with strategic goals

Fundraising:

• Drive fundraising efforts, including pitch preparation and investor relations
• Build and maintain relationships with investors

Startup Operations:

• Prepare updates to the leadership team and stakeholders
• Oversee the operational aspects of our venture studio, including our work with lawyers and accountants.

Qualifications:

• Passion for innovation, AI and bettering mankind
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong project management and problem solving skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in strategy development, operations, or a similar role within a startup environment or venture studio.
