As regulatory burdens and compliance requirements increase, our Client Due Diligence team’s goal is to provide our clients with the accurate and timely information they need to make key business decisions with confidence. Additionally, the access management team administers and provides oversight for access to S&P DJI’s analytical applications.

The impact

We are searching for someone who is committed to the clients we serve. This individual will build relationships with our commercial teams, and product managers involved in the sales process, as well as colleagues across the organization, including our S&P Global corporate partners, to support the commercial organization and ultimately, our clients.

On access management, our analytical applications support the calculation of over 1 million indices, and it is essential our analysts’ access to these systems is set up accurately and in line with internal controls.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supports assigned business by performing one or more of the following: Due Diligence, RFI, Risk Assessment, Financial Health, Legal & Compliance position, Information Security Practices and HR policies, Business Continuity Plans.
• Collaborates with internal partners such as Sales, Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance & Risk to respond to customer responses, proposals, questionnaires and presentations. Executes day-to-day driven workflow and supports execution of the team's deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and high-priority deadlines. Works with management to run, improve and socialize departmental processes for efficient operation of the team (deliverables tracking and metrics, assignment flows). Actively participates in process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrates effective social, written and verbal interpersonal skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others.
• Systems Access Implementation
• Responsible for implementing requests for access to S&P DJI’s proprietary analytical applications
• Provide data for audit requests
• Assist with process enhancements.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience supporting Due Diligence/ RFP Processes and access management.
• 1 to 3 Years to related work experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with internal partners at all levels of the business, internally and externally.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines and projects, while also exhibiting flexibility and resilience in the face of changing business needs.
• Strong MS office (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
• Proficiency of Python or Power BI.
• Knowledge of or experience with the Loopio tool is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies, platforms, and websites that are relevant to the responsibilities of this role.
