What you’ll do

• Manage the completion of Data Health Operations Requests within the guidelines of service level agreements (SLAs) established with business stakeholders

• Create all newly requested prospect accounts in Salesforce.com database while ensuring adherence to account quality standards

• Perform account merges within Salesforce.com database off all duplicate accounts discovered by internal sources and third-party vendors

• Manual review of new accounts unable to be located by third party vendor before mass account loads are completed

• Manual review of accounts currently missing quality data fields

• Perform internet research to complete account data clean-up efforts based on current data health projects

• Assist on any other data health projects that are identified by manager

What we’ll want you to have:

• Experience using Salesforce.com preferred but not required

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel

• Accurate data entry skills with a strong attention to detail

• Process driven with a strong work ethic

• Great time management and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
