As a NPI Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leads cross-functional project team(s) to successful completion of new product development projects. This might include multiple projects with a single high risk / high opportunity project at any given time. Implements differing techniques and methods to deal with variations in work conditions and operations to solve complex problems. Determines resources, expenses, budgets, and contracts. Supports communication plans and executes them across the business to assure stakeholders stay up to date. Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials, Bioengineering, or related discipline from an accredited University Three (3) years of NPI Project Management or Commercialization experience in a private, public, government or military environment, health care industry. Medical device new product development experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong networking, interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to communicate in English Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: PMP or Scrum Certification (Scrum Master or Product Owner) Five (5) years of product commercialization experience in a private, public, government or health care industry.
