As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at SCI, you will be instrumental in enhancing and maintaining our proprietary software tools, including the critical ChipsFinder and Mass Email tool. This role is pivotal in enabling SCI to maintain its edge in efficiently distributing electronic components globally. Your expertise will directly contribute to optimizing our operations and enhancing our ability to serve our clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of custom Excel and Outlook add-ins using C#, VB.NET, and Office Add-ins, vital for our internal operations and customer interactions.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas in SQL Server to support our robust data-driven decision processes.
• Develop and deploy robust ASP.NET web services (REST, SOAP, Web API, WCF, etc.), enhancing our ability to communicate and transact seamlessly with our partners and clients.
• Manage and administer Microsoft SQL Server and Exchange Server, focusing on performance tuning, indexing, backups, security, and cloud services integrations.
• Provide advanced solutions for email automation, integration, and workflow customization to streamline our business processes.
• Solve complex technical problems related to database performance, application scalability, and system architecture, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of our IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience with strong expertise in C#, VB.NET, and the .NET ecosystem.
• In-depth understanding of the electronic components distribution industry and the specific challenges and opportunities it presents.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL Server and ASP.NET technologies.
• Proven ability to develop custom Office add-ins and familiarity with modern API integrations.
• Experience in system administration, including Windows Server, IIS configuration, and Microsoft Exchange Server.
• Proficiency in performance tuning, secure coding practices, and enterprise-level deployment.
• Microsoft technology certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
