Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare & maintain electrical design documents including drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Perform equipment sizing calculations for various electrical equipment including lighting, grounding, transformers, cables, DC&UPS, MV&LV Switchgear.
• Develop Single Line Diagrams, Logic diagrams, and One Line Meter & Relay Diagrams.
• Prepare equipment specifications and Material Requisitions.
• Evaluate supplier offers and design documents to ensure alignment with project specifications and requirements.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, policies, and process.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., Civil, mechanical, I&C …etc.) to ensure clash-free, integrated design.
• Adapt and execute tasks as directed by Senior or Lead Engineers, fulfilling client requirements efficiently.

General Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Dialux Evo for lighting calculations.
• Experience in preparing electrical design drawings including Lighting, Power, Cable Route, Panel Schedule, Grounding, Lightning Protection, and Single Line Diagrams.
• Familiar with electrical power system calculations (e.g. Load flow, short-circuit Analysis).
• Experience with equipment sizing calculations (transformers, DC&UPS, MV&LV switchgear, cables…etc.).
• Knowledge of Industry Codes and Standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with Revit & 3D modeling is a plus.
• Working knowledge of ETAP, Microsoft Office, etc.
