As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our construction projects, driving our success with your expertise, creativity, and dedication. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of mechanical construction projects from conception to completion. This is a challenging, hands-on role that requires exceptional project management skills, a deep understanding of mechanical systems, and a passion for delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small-scale renovations to large-scale construction projects. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive compensation and benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformity to design specifications and safety standards.
• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and proper installation.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may impact project timelines or budgets.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and team members, providing project updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages team members to excel.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing mechanical construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Ability to travel as needed to oversee project sites.
