Summary

Marketing Manager (No Team Management)

HYBRID (3 days a week office, 2 days work from home)


In this role as a Marketing Manager, you’ll drive marketing initiatives, promote our brand, and maintain leadership in the market.


You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that include digital marketing, channel marketing, and event participation. You’ll collaborate closely with both regional and global teams to create impactful campaigns across various platforms and work with key industry partners to enhance brand presence.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Digital Marketing Leadership (60% Focus):

  • Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, paid media, and social media to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign management, from planning to optimization, leveraging tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms to track ROI.
  • Build immersive digital experiences (landing pages, webinars, email nurtures) tailored to B2B audiences in Automotive, Aerospace, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Collaborate with global teams to localize content and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.


2. Channel Marketing & Partner Enablement (30% Focus):

  • Drive channel marketing initiatives with resellers and distributors, equipping them with co-branded campaigns, sales collateral, and localized content.
  • Develop partner enablement programs (training, MDF allocation) to maximize joint marketing impact and lead generation.
  • Track and optimize channel performance metrics (e.g., partner-driven revenue, engagement rates) to refine strategies.


3. Integrated Marketing & Collaboration (10% Focus):

  • Partner with sales and global teams to align digital/channel efforts with business objectives.
  • Support select industry events and workshops (virtual/hybrid) to enhance customer engagement and pipeline acceleration.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in digitalB2B digital marketing (industrial/manufacturing sectors preferred).
  • Proven expertise in Google Analytics, CRM tools (Salesforce), and paid media platforms.
  • Experience managing channel partners/resellers with a track record of co-marketing success.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign/channel performance.
  • MBA or equivalent in Marketing; engineering background a plus.
