Location : Pune

Work Mode : Work from Office (5 days a week)

Experience: 8-12 years


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition, aligning with company objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring the teams alignment with company goals and driving individual and collective success.
  • Brand Management: Enhance brand positioning, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms and marketing campaigns.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product and sales teams to develop effective product marketing strategies and sales enablement tools.
  • Digital Marketing & Online Presence: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy to maximize online presence and customer engagement.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities. Utilize insights to adapt marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI).

Job Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior marketing position, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives with demonstrable results. Prior experience managing a marketing team.
