Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee all aspects of the digital marketing department, including marketing databases, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop, allocate, and monitor campaign budgets effectively.
- Plan, execute, and manage activities across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports on marketing campaign performance and KPIs.
- Collaborate with advertising, creative, and media agencies to improve campaign results.
- Identify and stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Evaluate key metrics affecting website traffic, service targets, conversions, and brand engagement.
- Brainstorm and implement new growth strategies with the team.
- Manage contests, giveaways, product launches, and digital promotional activities.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- Expertise in Digital Project Management and Data Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
- Proficiency in SMM (Social Media Marketing) and SMO (Social Media Optimization).
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Deep understanding of both Organic and Paid Digital Strategies in B2B environments.
- Strong grasp of content strategy, copywriting, brand messaging, and audience targeting.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute digital marketing campaigns efficiently across different platforms.
- Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and CRM tools.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the digital marketing team, assign tasks, and ensure timely execution.
- Plan team training and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content, social media, and communication platforms.
- Drive the creation of localized brand messages while maintaining global brand standards.
- Strategize and manage community growth initiatives and customer engagement.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to maximize campaign success.
- Create contingency plans to meet business objectives under varying circumstances.
- Measure the success of every campaign and continuously optimize based on analytics and insights.
- Take ownership of the digital marketing KPIs and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Outstanding leadership and project management skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and creative thinker.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
