We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead a team of marketing & Sales executives, develop and execute marketing plans, and drive student enrollments for our Overseas Education, PR and Work Permit Immigration Career Counselling, National & International Universities Partnerships, NDA, JEE, NEET, MH-CET courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market forecasting, brand building, and business growth while ensuring effective outreach to students and parents of students in colleges, universities, 10th, 11th & 12th standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Forecast annual business growth and design strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing executives to ensure efficient execution of campaigns.
• Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, and outreach programs.
• Strategize and execute brand-building activities to establish the institute as a leader in competitive exam preparation.
• Plan and oversee on-field marketing initiatives, including school/college visits, education fairs, and career counseling sessions.
• Drive student and parent engagement through digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and student behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and counseling teams to ensure a seamless student enrollment experience.
• Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics to assess ROI and optimize campaigns accordingly.
