Summary

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement offline marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competitor activity, and industry trends.
  • Identify and target key customer segments and demographics.


Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage offline marketing campaigns, including print advertising, billboards, direct mail, brochures, and event sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all offline channels.


Event Management:

  • Plan and coordinate real estate events such as property launches, open houses, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and promotional activities.
  • Track and analyze event ROI and effectiveness.



Partnerships And Sponsorships:

  • Identify and negotiate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and industry influencers.


Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the offline marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Track, report, and analyze the performance of offline marketing activities against the set KPIs and ROI.


Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure an integrated marketing approach.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
  • Lead and mentor junior marketing staff in executing offline campaigns.


Compliance And Legal:

  • Ensure all offline marketing activities comply with local regulations and legal requirements.
  • Manage and secure all necessary permits for advertising and events.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in offline marketing within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing offline marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
