This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, and you will join one of the Development Teams in Scoutz. Scoutz is in charge of the Salesforce Platform in the BEC Community – Scoutz 360. The Scoutz 360 platform is the advisory platform for the banks in the BEC community which supports all kinds of customer interactions.
In the work with the Scoutz 360 platform, quality is a top priority. Our development teams require a skilled manual tester to help them follow the best practices of testing to deliver their solutions swiftly and with no interruptions.
Primary tasks and responsibilities:
- End-to-End Salesforce Testing: Perform comprehensive testing of Salesforce solutions, including both configuration and customization (APEX classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, etc.)
- Test Plan Development: Develop comprehensive test plans that cover functional, integration, system, and regression testing
- Test Case Creation: Create detailed test cases and test scripts aligned with business requirements
- Defect Tracking and Reporting: Track and report defects using tools like Jira or similar
- Quality Assurance Best Practices: Implement QA methodologies and best practices
- Own QA practices for the development team and ensure processes and best practices are documented and followed
To succeed, you will have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in software testing, preferably with Salesforce solutions or in banking area
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Very good command of English to be able to easily communicate both speaking and writing
- To be a proactive and responsible self-starter with a collaborative and approachable attitude
Nice to have:
- Experience with Salesforce testing: hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications, including standard Salesforce modules and custom developments.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture: knowledge of salesforce architecture, including objects, fields, record types, and workflows
- SOQL and SOSL knowledge: basic understanding of Salesforce object query languages
- Certification confirming your QA and/or Salesforce expertise
