Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Manager, Leadership and Management Team Operations to take a central role in shaping a high-performing, self-organizing team that supports the strategic direction and operations of our executive leadership. This is a pivotal position that requires exceptional organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for enabling executive teams to thrive.
Working closely with the Chief of Staff, you’ll be the engine behind our Leadership and Management Teams’ effectiveness - ensuring seamless coordination, fostering collaboration, and driving operational excellence. Your work will contribute directly to the organization’s ability to anticipate challenges, innovate, and succeed sustainably into the future.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the central coordinator and secretary to the Leadership Team (LT) and the Management Team (MT).
- Own the planning and execution of LT and MT meetings: strategic agenda creation, pre-reads, logistics, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Ensure LT and MT activities align with the organization’s annual corporate planning cycle.
- Oversee and optimize tools and services used to support the LT and MT, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Organize LT and MT-related events (including offsites) and engagements.
- Manage complex scheduling and calendars for senior leaders.
- Facilitate internal communication to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and priorities.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to strategic and operational initiatives.
- Coordinate and drive forward certain MT-lead projects, through support with PowerPoint slides creation, briefings, or other material, as needed.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable effective communication, collaboration, and alignment across the Leadership and Management Teams.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic, international corporate environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, Salesforce, and online project management tools.
- Proven ability to coordinate across senior-level stakeholders in fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience managing travel logistics, organizing events, and developing detailed itineraries and event plans.
- Strong, collaborative team player with high emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, and a strategic, pro-active, and solutions focused approach.
The position is fixed-term for 12 months with the possibility of extension, and is based in Amsterdam, and occasional travel is required. The position reports to the Chief of Staff and sits within the Office of the CEO.
