THE ROLE

Trintech is looking for an experienced and technically proficient Manager of Cloud Operations to lead a new team of skilled professionals in India. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and supporting Windows and Linux cloud environments at scale, while also driving training initiatives, ensuring compliance and security standards, managing project work, and providing visibility to senior leadership through metric / KPIS, status updates, and presentations.

What You Will Do

• Mentor and manage a team of technical professionals, providing regular feedback and fostering career growth.
• Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure the team's performance, project progress, and operational effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to organizational and industry security and compliance standards, including data protection and cybersecurity protocols.
• Design and implement technical training programs to ensure team members are up to date on tools, systems, and processes.
• Providing recommendations and guidance for managing, operating, and supporting enterprise SaaS offerings.
• Manage and execute technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Overall 10+ years of experience with 5+ years leading technical teams
• Experience with cloud technologies (private and public)
• Expertise in Windows, Linux, VMware in cloud environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
