About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end product development, particularly in AWS environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, hands-on experience in building and managing products, and a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
Lead the delivery of the product. o Have a strong understanding of the technical stack. o Identify and manage dependencies effectively. o Allocate and manage resources efficiently based on project requirements.
Project Management
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. o Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress, addressing risks and issues proactively.
Product Development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and operations, to build scalable and reliable products. o Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business goals. o Conduct product performance reviews and recommend improvements.
Team Collaboration
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. o Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Required Skills And Experience
7+ years of experience in development technical roles.
Strong experience in developing and implementing applications/products. Proficiency in Python.
Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying products on AWS.
Strong understanding of AWS services.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to review code, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA. Prior experience working in startup environments is a plus.
