Job Description:

Experience: 12 - 15 yrs (PM)

Role Overview:

Manage the implementation and optimization of any Central Reservation System (CRS) or Property Management System (PMS) for hospitality clients

Ensure successful delivery of projects, meeting client needs and industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

Lead CRS / PMS implementations, upgrades, integrations & modernization projects

Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and resource allocations

Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients

Provide functional expertise on hosptiality domain modules and best practices

Manage client relationships and expectations throughout project lifecycle

Coordinate with technical teams for development, integrations and customizations

Conduct user training and create documentation

Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support

Stay updated on domain updates and new features

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive experience with CRS / PMS (5+ years preferred)

Strong understanding of hospitality industry operations and processes

Proven track record in project management and delivery

Should have extremely good articulation and communication skills

Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

Experience in change management and user adoption strategies

Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations

Strong experience in Agile principles & methodolgies and tracking using JIRA

Strong technical expertize in Java technologies, API & microservices architecture

Should have experience in managing complex, high risk, escalated projects

Should have worked directly with clients from India

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with other hospitality applications (CRS or PMS)

Understanding of IT infrastructure and database concepts

Familiarity with ITIL framework

PMP or other project management certifications

Key Performance Indicators:

Successful project deliveries (on time, with quality and within budget)

Client satisfaction ratings

Reduction in post-implementation issues

Team productivity and efficiency improvements

Responsibilities in the Project Lifecycle:

Pre-implementation: Requirement analysis, system design, project planning

Implementation: Development, System configuration, data migration, integration testing

Go-live: User training, cutover management, go-live support

Post-implementation: System optimization, ongoing support, continuous improvement

Collaboration:

Work closely with client stakeholders's IT and operations teams

Coordinate with internal technical teams, QA, and support staff
