We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Technician for a machining manufacturing company in Milwaukee!. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
Compensation And Benefits
- $40/hr - $45/hr

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
- Ensure that all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address maintenance issues and support production goals.
- Train and mentor maintenance team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage the maintenance budget and control costs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification in electrical maintenance preferred.
- Experience leading maintenance team
- Proven experience in Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
