Dear Candiate : We are looking for Talent and Culture Manager, Strategize and establish learning paths and programs, in partnership with business leaders, focussed on employee development · Establish Institute of Learning (DIL) and work with content owners to standardise and refresh all content and build effectiveness measures · Deliver in classroom/ virtual / blended learning sessions on select personal development topics · Lead and execute a plan for deep engagement with employees in India (Chennai & Trichy) focused on culture and values Lead and execute programs that facilitate open feedback and communication between employees, People managers and BU leaders to drive continuous improvement Derive and analyse employee experience/ satisfaction data through surveys and other formats.
