Summary

Job Summary:

Al Khozama Investment Company, a leader in luxury hospitality and real estate investment, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing development programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement across the organization, supporting Al Khozama’s commitment to service excellence and continuous growth. The role will also lead national talent development initiatives through government-supported training programs such as Tamheer and Cooperative Training (Co-op).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement the L&D strategy in alignment with the company’s vision, business goals, and HR strategy.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning and development priorities across departments, particularly in hospitality, real estate, and corporate functions.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules for both soft and technical skills.
  • Collaborate with department heads to tailor learning paths for career development and succession planning.
  • Implement leadership development programs to nurture future managers and senior leaders.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and integrate results into learning initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and ROI metrics, and refine as necessary.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of Tamheer (Saudi Human Resources Development Fund training program) and Co-op training programs in coordination with local universities and government bodies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory reporting and compliance related to Tamheer and Co-op participants.
  • Guide interns and trainees through structured onboarding, learning plans, mentorship, and post-program assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all training programs.
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation across the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or investment sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Tamheer and Co-op programs, including onboarding, training plan development, and government reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of learning technologies, including LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
