About the Role
We’re seeking a Learning and Development Consultant for our growing London team. This position is ideal for someone bursting with energy, creativity, and a relational mindset. As a L&D Consultant at Cegos UK, you’ll play a vital role in leading projects—from concept to delivery—while managing multiple clients seamlessly. A successful Consultant will possess strong skills in four key areas: learning design, account management, facilitation, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitation
- Ignite workshops with your charisma, skill, and meticulous planning.
- Embrace travel opportunities across the UK and globally to deliver engaging learning experiences, from team-building activities to leadership training.
- Elevate others through knowledge-sharing in various topics, including sales, communication, creativity, and more.
Sales
- Develop new partnerships and sell projects using consultative selling techniques and exceptional scoping workshops.
- Understand the needs of L&D leaders and HR managers across diverse organisations, translating insights into innovative solutions.
- Influence and inspire through superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
Learning Design
- Create innovative learning programmes, including face-to-face and virtual workshops, in partnership with our teams in London and New York.
- Craft tailored content that meets client needs and delivers engaging workshop experiences.
- Collaborate with our Studio to produce high-quality materials, including films, animations, and printed content.
Account Management
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and professionalism.
- Lead projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring efficient outcomes that exceed expectations.
- Maintain high standards in project quality assurance, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Salary: Competitive, ranging from £36,000 to £50,000 (dependent on experience), plus bonuses.
Location: The Barrel Yard, Shepherd’s Bush, London, W6 0LQ. You must be willing to come to the office 2/3 times a week if not delivering and meeting customers.
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time with flexible working arrangements, including core days in the office and regular client interactions.
